Eurovision Tel Aviv 2019
Tel Aviv officials say they expect around 20,000 visitors to come to the city for the Eurovision Tel Aviv 2019 song contest. Eurovision organizers have set the contest semifinals for May 14 and 16, followed by the final on May 18.
The main event will take place at the EXPO Tel Aviv (International Convention Center). The venue has space for just under 10,000 attendees.
Tourists without a ticket to the event will be able to watch it in the Charles Clore Park, where the Euro-Village complex will be established, which will broadcast the stages of the competition alongside shows and parties.
The gay bars and clubs will also host Eurovision themed parties in the weeks leading up to the event as well as during Eurovision Week.
